The A2s do already have a bit of a muffled sound, no need to add a sub, they are lacking heights, not bass. But OK for a small room. I did use them with a Computer and they sounded pretty cool, too much bass for my old bathroom and too weak in the heights for the bar where I use them now, make sure you use them in a place where you are not too far away, they are really for the near field.
