This sounds like it might be a router issue, my experience has been that
when things like this happen its almost always the DHCP server in the
router that is to blame. The easiest solution is just to reboot the
router then reboot everything else, this will force new DHCP leases
which usually cleans up everything untill the DHCP server goes whacko
again.
