It seems that it is impossible to switch, on LST, between listening to PC based music via LMS and internet radio.
The method to get from streaming music off an HD to listening to radio is (a) turn off the server (or /PC/NAS) (b) turn off LST (c) turn LST back on. There's no "switch" for going between the two on LST, indeed the My Apps folder disappears when using the server and the Favourites folder shows as Empty - until using my workround.
