Whatever, it happened again. Both LMS and MySB are up to date with internet station favourites. Switched off the PC and SB had no stations in Favourites (I'd been using LMS to update Music Folder) BUT this time it did ask if I wanted to switch server to MySB. I did and it all worked smoothly.
