good that it is working. the mysb.com servers are more troublesome
historically in Europe (although fortunately, not too much lately). In
the US, I've suffered from a down mysb.com only once in 5 years or so,
other than an advanced announced "offline for maintenance" (and even
that was only once).  So the servers can go down and cause issues, but
thankfully it is reasonably stable (excellent in my location).

p.s. There are some times when SB can't reach mysb.com or internet
radio, and often this requires a router reboot. Even if everything else
is working on the network, the SB players/server may lose DNS and a
reboot of the router restores everything.  That's why many responses
over the years to problems are (1) turn everything off, inlcuding
router, (2) restart router, (3) restart computer with server, and (4)
restart/plugin SB players.   This was not your problem I know, but just
for other readers of this thread, this info may be useful.
