A properly setup system.  ;)

Essentially there are three different categories of users in regards to
switching between LMS and MySB.com ....
1.  No need nor desire to switch, use only LMS for convenience and added
features & functions not offered on MySB.com
2.  Infrequent need of switching between both servers
3.  Frequent need to switch between both servers

The vast majority of users are likely #1.  If this is your desired usage
then you need to fix your settings and/or network for this to function
properly.
The minority of users who fall into #2 use the "Switch to MySB.com"
option in the Settings menu's.
The further minority who want #3 move the "Switch to MySB.com" menu item
to their Home menu.
