I have considered homeplugs. Regardless of any other tweaks I make, the fact is that my router is at the opposite end of the house from the SBT and is separated by two solid walls, so the wi-fi performance is never going to be great. A couple of questions I have on this: 1) What sort of speed would I require for satisfactory SBT performance with FLAC files? Amazon have the TP-Link TL-PA211KIT 200Mbps Mini Powerline, which is fairly well-reviewed would this be adequate? 2) Pardon my ignorance is these matters, but Im guessing the homeplugs would effectively be a mini-network, separate from my wi-fi network.
