Triode - thanks for Squeezelite -- very helpful ... my current working thesis of a highly useable, hifi-capable set up is: iPeng to LMS to Squeezelite to JPLAY to USB DAC...
The problem: When I have SL on JPLAY, driving a M2Tech hiFace, all is fine at or below 96kHz sample rate. at 176.4kHz and 196kHz, a strange thing happens, the files are played back back at ~ 1/4 speed -- very slow and several octaves down. ... oh, this is with LMS switched to stream PCM (LMS >> Advanced >> File Types >> FLAC/FLAC >> Disabled (not Native)). Any idea what's going on?
