Ok here is the story of whats happens when the server is off .

Now I used two of players one was not off at all and it basically worked
as it should when the server returned (the condition as probably that
you dont start to mess around with it ).
And it was only a short period , there is an untested case left .

But the test player behaved like this :

I had the player in off state .

Pulled the plug on the player .

Stopped the server PC .

Powered up the player again .

It resumed to the home menu no clock no stopped screensaver .

It sends WOL signal to the server so my server is booting up .

When the server is up and running and conected still no screensaver not
stopped or off screensaver , no screensaver . I did wait long enough so
it should have kicked in.

I navigate to the now playing screen it says stopped on the current
playlist ,still no screensaver .

Start and stop the playlist ,still no stopped screensaver . Note I mean
stop not pause ! there is a difference hold the pause button longer .

Now i push off on the player and get the off screensaver ! yeah .

Now start the playlist again and then stops it *and now i get the
stopped screensaver*

So in short the most miserable situation is booting the player against
no server !
It then looses track of all it's screensaver states except off and
invoke none of them .
It will remember and call the off screensaver when turn you "off" the
player (soft off).
After you used the off state and turned the player "on" again it
suddenly remember and use it's screensavers , but not before you cycled
it on/off with the Touch screen or remote .

Crikey this is the real bug :)
