I believe that I come to the same conclusion as you stated above: -"No particular setting but the screensaver setting, this setting is per server ! Choose screen saver when connected to mysqueezebox.com . Yes there are player settings that are server specific ."- THIS IS AN ESSENTIAL PIECE.
Further: Always ensure your router and ADSL modem are up 5-10 min. before restoring power to the Touch. With the router & modem up, I disconnected this morning the power to the Touch and reconnected several minutes.
