Is there any update on this please?
Not really. We're investigating the issue, but haven't come to a
conclusion yet what might be causing the problem. Rhapsody/Napster say
that they saw correct requests from our end, and that these were served
successfully. Yet we fail somehow.
In case you're caught in a re-boot loop, try one of the following:
- if using LMS, restart it. That should get back the player to a stopped
mode, from where you can play something different.
- if connected to mysb.com, then unplug the device for 5+ minutes. This,
too, should reset the state on the server's end.
