Fair enough but Michael/Logitech have never said that this is an open ended project (I've never managed an open ended project - how do you manage and measure them??).

I would have thought Logitech could put together a plan with an ETA - it cannot be open ended. Michael I am not having a go at you - I really appreciate all of the effort you continue to give the SB community :). Let's also not forget that this is of course Napster's fault for not doing some basic testing!
