Unfortunately nothing works. I tried the factory reset button, I tried
the volume button method etc. Screen is all white.
However, I can hear the boot sound playing. My hope is that I can insert
a USB stick with a firmware update. However, I do not know what the
firmware update menu looks like. Where on the screen do I have to touch
to initiate the update? Does someone have a screenshot of the firmware
update screen that pops up when an update file is detected on a USB
stick?

Thanks!
