aha. are you saying that everything works perfectly (playing 24/192
files) as long as you connect the Touch to the DAC via S/PDIF coax? If
that's the case, then it is not the network...and in fact is something
related to the USB implementation between Touch and DAC.  Some DACs
require a powered USB connector between TOUCH USB and DAC....
