I did always ear a big different between server side decoding and squeezebox decoding (with and without mods). I just change my DAC with the last sabre and the difference is stronger than ever... I don't remember having change something to sox parameter ... but now that you mention this, i remember that in file format setting, i use to have something like "flac/sox" as decoder for flacs. I have now only "flac". don't know when this append... I instaled last LMS version 3 monthes ago and did some tests with inguz 2 monthes ago (that has his own codes i think). any idea ?
