I use the free version of
https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html to uninstall any program on my Windows OS. You might have to search in App data and elswhere to remove all of LMS. When you re-install, right click the .exe and run as admin. I was hoping the anti virus might give a clue, but Defender is OK imo. Can you connect the Touch to mysqueezebox.com and use it like that to playback music for a while. Stop playing, say overnight and then reconnect to mysqueezebox in the morning. If you can manage without the local LMS, then stop that from starting and just use mysqueezebox.com for a period. Has anyone suggested restarting your router to a Factory Reset? You may your login details and some more info to do this, or sometimes not if it is a router supplied by your ISP.
