I concur that this is nothing to do with the players - it is either
server side or network related.

The most likely culprit is W10 elevated privileges. You must install LMS
as Administrator and then you must set it up to properly run as
administrator on start up (after reboot). The admin user must also be
able to see the music folder - if it was elsewhere and accessed by
network share this isn't automatically the case.

The advice to set the LMS machine with a static (or DHCP reserved) IP is
sensible. It elminates IP address variation from the equation.

How are the players connected - wired or wireless ? Anything hardware
wise between them and the router ? Anything hardware wise between the
LMS machine and the router ?
