I appreciate the thought. And I can probably learn about what ssh means
and how to deal with the Touch at this level. But I suspect my need is
not met by this change anyhow. What I need is for the startup state to
be "Random Mix" by album, which is different from the shuffle selection
of Off/Track/Album. I do not know this machine well; I think I
understand that Random Mix is an app or something. To access it from the
manual user interface, selection My Music > Random Mix > Album Mix.
