Did you turn on the log I quoted? If you don't know how, go to
settings, advanced, logging. Find the entry for plugin.upnp amd turn on
info, or even debug. The log will then be in the LMS logs.
If you get nowhere, I found out how to stream to an IP address without
UPnP.
In foobar, go to Library, Configure, UPnP, Server, Basic Settings. Make
a note of the port number. Then in Internet Access below, enter your
foobar ip and any login id (eg lo) and password (eg pw).
In LMS set up a favourite as I suggested before, and in the m3u file
enter, where ip is the foobar ip, and port is the port from above.:

Works for me. You may need to tweak the streaming profile in foobar.
