I'd rather say now, because if the branch is ready, it will be only

Speaking about 0.10, I'd rather put in what's already finished

The MySQL patch is looking pretty good, even though IIUC it only
supports MySQL >= 4.1.

I might be wrong about the spam-filter branch status, but last time
I asked about it, I got no reply...
I'd really like to at least get the hooks in to enable an external
spam-filter plugin.
Also, I heard that the webadmin will be part of 0.10...

No, it's on the roadmap for 0.11.
