Nice plugin but not exactly what I'm looking for. A bit more complex
solution that contains specialized fields for users and python code
would then compose Trac ticket from it.

Like in our current form (that is not Trac based), there is this
"severity" selection, that contains 5 levels: "non critical - workaround
exists", "non critical - no workaround", "critical - workaround exists",
"critical - no workaround", "critical - destroys critical data/makes
whole system unusable".

First two are "relaxed" levels. User needs to only enter description of
bug and that's it. Next two always require reproduction steps. Last one
also additionally needs always loads of files to be uploaded on our
system for investigation.

So basically I want to make Trac ticket from all that data.

As speaking of tickets in general, few months ago I needed to submit bug
report to Oracle. It took whole freaking day to complete multipage
submit form. I think report contained more than 20 fields to complete.
some of fields required SQL scripts to be run in db and output results -
that's really fun...

Thanks for Trac. It keeps things simple.
