Writing e-mail with mobile device is... Um... Well, figure that out. No, it must be more like few selections and "update" button, nothing too complex. Let's put it this way: You have 320x240 screen space, for entering text you have 9 to 11 buttons + for helpers you can have 2-4 additional buttons. You can't do too complex operations and definitely you have to use mobile devices own components since they are designed for it (WM6, UIQ, S60 pick your fav.) Main usage would be on the field ticket updating. Mainly to either change status (closed, not fixed, not a problem) and adding photos or videos taken with mobile device. Rarely, and very rarely there is need to add text or do some other operations.
