With one or two buttons?

Also I've experienced with email2trac that it's not very reliable solution.

No, I'm on customer premises propably 500km away from my office. If I'm 
on my office I prefer to use my firefox.. :)

I did little experiment today to t.e.o and it works with my browser but 
it's not fun to read tickets etc. Pages are just too wide (tried both, 
portrait and landscape).

Also editing ticket is a bit painful.

I think python + xml-rpc is way to go (at least on my symbian phone).

Also widset could be another possibility...

Most of us are fixated to desktop usage. There you have large screens 
and such but in last years small mobile devices have gotten very 
powerful (Blackberry, iPhone, Nokia latest E and N series, HTC ones). So 
also mobile usage should be taken account.

Also this not something that i can't live without. This is just an idea.
