Hey Ethan, Thanks for the reply. I've done a bit more searching and it seems that mail2trac will allow people to create tickets in trac via e-mail, but it won't handle replies very well. For example if someone sends an e-mail, a ticket is generated. I update the ticket and a notification gets sent to the reporter. They reply to the notification and instead of updating the ticket a new ticket will be generated.
With that in mind, I don't think I'll bother with mail2trac at the moment. I'll set the reply-to to nore...@... and get them to use the web interface instead.
