Thanks for the reply.  I've done a bit more searching and it seems
that mail2trac will allow people to create tickets in trac via e-mail,
but it won't handle replies very well.  For example if someone sends
an e-mail, a ticket is generated.  I update the ticket and a
notification gets sent to the reporter.  They reply to the
notification and instead of updating the ticket a new ticket will be
generated.

With that in mind, I don't think I'll bother with mail2trac at the
moment.  I'll set the reply-to to nore...@... and get them to use the
web interface instead.

If I'm wrong about mail2trac, I'd really like to know, because if it
does deal with replies correctly, then it would make a great
improvement to our system.
