It is solved email2trac can work with agilo, but the option:

and adding the attachment manually works fine.
I had a look at the attachments table from the projects db and there
are only entries from the manually added attachments.
So looks like email2trac doesn't even try to add the attachment
after saving it to the tmp folder?
I suggest testing with Agilo disabled.
