thanks. i know there must have been a easy way to do it. its a shame that the trac-admin is only command line. is there any plans to make it web based?

if you know a bit of SQL, you can try the sqlite tool:
  sqlite3 <path_to_trac_env>/db/trac.db
then delete all entries in the wiki table, i.e.
  delete from wiki where name not like "WikiStart";
  .quit
