yep ive noticed that myself. thought i am only using it for a private
project between home and uni at the moment. i think in future if i just
change the WikiStart page would be enough. the other pages are not going to
make are difference to the system really just to stay there.

Note that if you remove the default wiki pages you'll have quite a number
of broken links in Trac due to the help links pointing nowhere.
