Not that I know of. Anyway it's easier not to add the default pages
rather than to delete them after the initial setup. I don't remember
if the trac-admin prompts for the path of the default wiki pages.
Anyway, the database is loaded at creation time with the content of
flat files from a default directory. If there is no file in this dir,
there will be not default wiki pages in the associated Trac project.
