I don't quite understand what you  mean by that. Email address are valid.

In your initial email, you said that "I recieve all email to email
listed on smpt_always_cc but no email to user emails": I assumed that
the email addresses defined in the trac.ini file got notified, not the
ones defined in a ticket: wrong assumption, sorry.

Is this ok to set this to true.
