Ok, thaks for explanation. Just one question. If i add user info cc when I for example add ticket or add comment on it. Will this one be also notified everytime another user change ticket.
If I understand it right, you're referring to the "CC:" field of ticket ? If you add an address (or a login with a valid email address) to the CC field of a ticket, a notification will be sent to this address each time this very ticket is updated.
