[tracker2] LEDS Reversed

When testing the board in diagnostics, with otwincfg, the red and green and 
leds are reversed. When the Alinco receives a signal no led illuminates. I can 
hear a little poping sound when a signal is received, but no led. I was able to 
get the T2-135 to reply with version 54680 once. It will not reply to any 
commands from the nuvi 350 at all, just the one time version. At a stand still 
with the T2-135.
