While I could move the EasyGPS file directly to the SD card I couldn't figure out how to move the files directly from EasyGPS in a format / way the Nuvi would recognize and use. Maybe now that the Garmin POILoader has created the folder on the SD card that the Nuvi 'sees' it would work simply to move new POIs from EasyGPS to that folder on the SD card. I didn't try it last night as I had had enough - I dislike fiddling with computers as it is. It certainly is worth trying as it would remove a step that is a bit of a pain. I can try it over the weekend as I'm going somewhere tomorrow that I'd like to save as a new POI.
I'm not opposed to writing this up more clearly and adding it to the Wiki. This is too useful a feature / work-around not to be available for all.
