I'm using a straight to serial port connector - no usb. And literally 4 different computers.....with the same results. In other words disconnect all the cables from one machine to another. I can get into the Tracker but when I try to do a firmware update - the web can't find the list, and when I use the manual upload (off desktop where I downloaded the file)....windows will crash - some of the machines are running Win 2000,XP and NT4.....results are exactly the same.
