I made sure of downloading the latest version off the website. And yep have 
tried the Disable Turbo checked..........basically when I use this checked the 
OWT goes off to la la land and locks up....never completes even after the 
reset......................Beginning to think something has to be damagedin the 
actual tracker. I appreciate all the suggestions though!
