I agree that only Active projects should appear in the autocomplete box and in the sequence for previous/next buttons. (And only contexts that have one or more actions should appear in that sequence.)
I also agree that the project listing page should be divided by state. As of now I do that manually (dragging and dropping my Completed projects to the bottom); I'd be pleased if Tracks did that for me.
