Luke,

My thoughts:

1. Difficult one. I'd 'Archive' ideally, or failing that 'Complete' or
'Delete' it. A related question is what exactly happens to the project
name and next actions ... when do things get permanently deleted?

2. Sounds reasonable.

3. Various tweaks or alternative schemes are possible, but some people
are always going to have more projects than the screen space will allow.
So, it may not be too important to try to ensure they all fit on the
screen. That said I'm in favour of sublists.

4. I always use alphabetical ordering, and would be happy not to have
other ordering options. Not that the feature should be removed, unless
it stops something else working.

5. To get project name reuse I'd expect to delete either all the next
actions in the project, or the whole project itself first.

6. Happy for this to only include active projects or contexts.

Regards,

Jonathan
