my 2 cents

I'd like to archive them. Sometimes I like to get to the notes of a past
project or see some notes on an action of a project. An archive state
would be usefull. You can also use it to revive a project back to life
which I saw somebody mention in this thread.

(Technically, you can store it in a seperate table in order to keep the
performance of active projects/actions.)

nope!

yes. that would be great. I didn't like to be 'forced' to drag and drop
completed projects to the bottom

since subprojects is not possible, I use the name of the project to form
a hierachy, so <client>-<project>-<subproject> as my project name. I
sort on this hierarchy my drag-and-drop.

haha, use wordpress, it very simple to upgrade and you can make an
action of it, not a project :-)

perhaps you can consider permalinks like in blogware. For example, add
the creation year and creation month (creation day?) in the url?

yes!

Great thread to read. Nice to see so many people really using the
software in so many different ways :-)
