How about redmine? My company is in the process of moving from Trac to
redmine, and it's open-source Ruby on Rails, so it's easy to hack on.

This is probably my cue to bemoan the move from an admittedly
less-than-optimal free software solution (trac) to a closed-source
solution (lighthouse.) Feel free to ignore me, of course, but I do
think it is a shame. :/

I've got a little time tomorrow (Sunday), and was thinking about
shifting the subversion repository over to github. Obviously, I need
to make sure that no-one is committing to the subversion repository
while this is in progress, so I wanted to check whether this was a
good time to make the move. If I get time, I might port the old
tickets over from Trac to Lighthouse as well, then make Trac read
only.
Let me know if this is a bad time for you, and I'll hold off!
