Ok, I'll change the label. 

Furthermore we can wait a bit to see if there
is additional feedback / suggestions from other users.

This is actually default behavior. The next todo is calculated on the due 
date. If you didn't make the due date, the completion date is used 
to calculate the next date. I figured this is more closely to 
the 'next action' philosophy than fixed date behavior...

If needed the fixed date behavior can easily be added though
