I think the problem is that you cross the description of the todo before 
you enter the context menu. It is bothering me too ever since I added
the icons. Try going straight down over the icons to see if this is 
indeed your issue.

I'll try to increase the margin between the down-arrow and the 
description. Or increase the size of the (margin of the) down-arrow.
