But where to put the icons for ‘convert todo to project’ and ‘followup’ or
other future functionality (yeah Luis, I know :-) ) on a screen of 800px?

Really i prefered Edit, delete and defer buttons at right of the action row.

After using this for a week or two I'm finding that I'm having a hard
time hitting the context menu. It often pops down before I get a chance
to move the mouse over and select one of the options. I think this
happens because I anticipate where the menu option I want is going to be
and then already start moving the mouse there. Are others having trouble
with this as well?
