Agreed. The technology and the concepts are nice but the
administration (so far) seems to suck.

Yeah, now this is typical. We can see this also in South Africa where
some of our universities are translating (for free, AFAIK) Microsoft
Windows (and probably other Microsoft packages too) into local
languages. I believe that the Afrikaans translation is currently done
by Stellenbosch University [1] and I heard over the radio there is
also a Zulu version coming (don't know by who that has been done). The
most interesting thing is that Stellenbosch also has their own LUG
[2]. Taking about walking on both sides of the fence...

I would really like to take a closer look at WiktionaryZ though. That
sounds very promising!
