And Vietnamese is enabled in the installation by default :-/

Well, this will vary at each pootle site and at each site people will
have a different way they want to handle it. I guess some people don't
want to be contacted :-) But we don't provide a way for them to easily
disable login, for example. Cross site login is the best solution, but
doesn't exist today. 

We can include the support email address in the registration email, but
this configuration option was not documented in the preferece file. I
only found this now. I will document that now.
