I did not had this problem before, I have it since I upload that
file again and checked the "overwrite" button. I'm playing with pootle
so I think I also tried everything like deleting the file before
uploading it, clicked on "rescan the project files" and "update the
files from templates". I really try everything before using it, maybe it
was a combination of all I have done that made it go crazy ? I joined a
sample of the file I used with pootle.
I use the last version of all the tools, I do not have the last version
of translate-toolkit posted few days ago because it was not available
through python easy_install.
Pootle 2.0.2
Translate Toolkit 1.5.3
Django 1.1.1
I subscribed to the mailing list but I used the bad address to
post :)

I'm not able to duplicate your issue on the first try. Which versions
of Pootle and the Translate Toolkit do you have installed? I hope that
will help to figure out the issues. It might be that the latest
versions of both solves this for you.
