Not saying a programmed solution wouldn't be better for you, just
suggesting an interim workaround.  I'm not sure the difference is that
great on a three-button mouse Linux setup.

a) right-click highlight text, middle click paste, submit

b) Click checkbox for reuse, submit

c) Only one click on failover preference set in lang admin, but I still
don't get how this would work.

 Alternative:

Complete es_ES, download PO, re-upload to es_MX (maybe as suggestions),
then review es_MX, accept matching suggestions, submit
