In translations of Android apps on translatewiki, all the forms must be
specified, even if some of them are irrelevant and even if they are
identical to other forms. This is a bit annoying, but there are some
technical reasons for it, which I don't entirely remember.
As the error message says, you have to use this
syntax: {{PLURAL|zero=…|one=…|two=…|few=…|many=…|…}}
Replace the "..." with the translations.
"zero" is probably irrelevant in this message, but for technical reasons,
you have to specify it anyway. Even though it is unlikely to ever be shown
to users, I recommend translating it correctly anyway, for example "There
were no articles that you visited the most in %1$d".
The last form doesn't have a label, but it is the "other" form, for numbers
that don't fit into any other category. It must be written, even if it's
identical to the "many" form.
The full documentation for Arabic plural forms is at
https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Localisation_guidelines/ar , As far as I can
tell, the information for both MediaWiki and Android already appears there,
but if anything is incomplete, it should be updated, and translators should
be encouraged to get familiar with it. If anything is unclear, incomplete,
or wrong in this documentation, please bring it up on the page
https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Support .
