You may self declare compliance to EN60950 and use the CE logo if you can determine that the product does indeed meet this standard. Simply document your rational with supporting data and create a Technical Documentaion File.
Unfortunately the spacings requirements for components and internal lines is more severe in the EU then required by the NEC, so your UL recognised/ CSA certified components and design criteria, in all likelyhood, is not appropriate.
