The most up to date version of IEC 950 2nd edition contains Amd's 1,2,3 However, to my understanding The EN version of the standard at this time does not consist of Amd. 3 until the CENELEC review process is complete. The same I believe is true for 61010-1 that Amd. 2 has not been through CENELEC review yet therefore the most up to date version of the
