The last time I went thru this exercise, NET4 provided country specific information for each country.
The part that is a prolem is getting an actual approval for connection to the PSTN. If connection is to a PBX port that connects in some way to the PSTN you will need to get the PBX manufacturer to include your devices in their overall approval.
