David, Concerning JQA, if you tell me the name of the test lab where your computer is being tested, i can confirm if whether or not FCC is a problem or not, but in principal JQA should have this at all of their emc facilities. my connection to JQA is that five of their emc facilities are CARAT labs approved to do testing for the eu competent body tuv product service.
